New Platform Features
Users now have the option to create a recurring tabular report export by clicking on the ellipsis at the top right of a tabular report and selecting Manage Subscriptions. This will open a modal where the users will need to create a subscription and fill in the requisite details like subscribers, frequency of report export, and date-time of report export. Subscribers would be receiving emails with report export at the scheduled time and frequency. To enable this feature, Can change Scheduled Report Export and Can delete Scheduled Report Export permissions need to be added for relevant users.
Date Range Aggregation
Users can now aggregate chart data across a wide range of time periods like Week, Month, Quarter and Year. Users can either select the Created At option, or the date / naive date fields in the X-axis dropdown within the reporting UI, and then select an appropriate aggregation option from the adjacent field.
Enhanced Field Reporting Availability
Users can now report on Process Level attributes like Status, Created At etc., and Step Level attributes like Initiated At, Completed At etc. while creating charts. These options can be accessed from the X-axis dropdown in the UI.
Filter System Fields
Users can now filter the system fields while creating a dashboard chart/report by ensuring that the is_filterable attribute is set to True.
Redesigned Tabular Report Column Operator
The operator in the tabular report column has been redesigned to be displayed at the bottom of the column for better readability.
Workflow Details Visibility in Drawer
Users can now see the name of the workflow, swimlane and the step at the top of the drawer header for better user experience.
Dropdown Menu UI Improvements
We have migrated dropdown components. Users will now see updated UI like an improved font style, and the selection background color.
Instance Settings Availability
Platform users can now also access the Instance Settings modal from the Avatar dropdown, apart from the Studio. This will facilitate users in better managing their Brandings, Integrations and Users on the platform. This can be enabled by adding the Can access admin settings permission to relevant users.
